What does it cost?

It's free to create pages and take free or pay-on-the-day bookings. For bookings paid online, we take 1.5% of the ticket price. Stripe also charges its standard card processing fee, which goes to Stripe, not us. No monthly fee, no contract.

How do I get paid?

You connect your own Stripe account (it takes a few minutes). Payments go straight into it, and Stripe pays out to your bank. We never hold your money.

Do the people booking need an account?

No. They pick a date, enter their name and email, and pay or reserve. They get a confirmation email with a calendar invite and a link to manage their booking.

Can I run a weekly class?

Yes. Set it to repeat weekly, fortnightly or monthly. People book the specific dates they want, or, for a course, pay once for every date. You can change or cancel a single date or the whole series.

What happens if I cancel a class?

Everyone booked on that date gets an email, and anyone who paid online is refunded in full automatically.

Can people pay cash on the day?

Yes. Choose "pay on the day" and people reserve a space without paying online.

Will it work on my phone?

Yes. TurnUp is designed for phones first, both for you and for the people booking.

Can I leave at any time?

Yes. There's no contract, and you can delete your account and your data whenever you like.
